Tanja Brown

Tanja Brown is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed School Psychologistwith over 10 years of experience working with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other behavioral challenges.She has successfully built Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) companies providing in-home and center-based services in Colorado, Las Vegas, and New Mexico. She has accomplished equal success and stellar client growth, satisfaction, and integrity. As a parent of a 28-year-old daughter with Autism, she believes parent preparedness and ability to navigate behavioral needs throughout the life span (early childhood through adulthood) is vital.

Amber Suarez

Amber Suarez is Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2016 and has played an essential role in the creation of forward-thinking and unique clinical programming for clients in the Autism community. She has extensive experience working with patients of all ages with Autism and/or various mental health disorders and has yielded astounding progress, as well as, participated in ongoing training to parents and stakeholders utilizing company-developed parent assessment tools and training guidelines which allow much more enabled parents and stakeholders with abilities to handle the difficulties of adolescence and adulthood. She is also equipped with experience in staff growth and development while establishing a unique culture and working environment at Advanced Neuro Connections in Las Vegas and Rogue Autism Rebels in Albuquerque.

Clinical Director – Las Vegas Hi, my name is Didi. I became a BCBA in 2021, and before that I was an RBT for 7 years. I genuinely enjoy working with children and love what l do! Some favorite parts of my job are getting to develop a relationship with clients and their families, working with my team, and watching my clients grow!
Monique Beighley
Clinical Director – Colorado Springs Monique was born and raised in Colorado, loves hiking, escaping into the mountains and reading. She entered the field of ABA in 2014 and worked as an RBT until 2019 and became a BCBA. She is married with three kids plus two fur babies.
Amber Lynn Kennedy
Clinical Supervisor- Las Vegas Has worked in the field of ABA since 2011 and as a BCBA for the past 5 years.She’s practiced with a wide variety of clientele including early learners through adulthood with ASD as wellas two years working with children through adolescents with trauma histories. She’s passionate about providing quality and client-centered care.
Hylary Tenney
Clinical Supervisor – Las Vegas Hylary became a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in 2014. In 2017, she obtained her Masters of Science degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Hylary has worked with children on the autism spectrum of all ages and has experience in a variety of treatment settings. Her goal is to provide compassionate ABA services to clients, and promote independence and self-advocacy.
Shelby Brenneman
Clinical Supervisor – Las Vegas Shelby has been a BCBA for 1 year and a half and has been working with children with disabilities for 5 years. She is passionate about naturalistic teaching and advocates for generalization of skills. In her free time she enjoys acting, dancing, and yoga.
Shanell Tisdale
Clinical Supervisor – Las Vegas Shanell Tisdale is a BCaBA and is currently attending Capella University and working towards her BCBA. During her free timeshe loves to spend time with her 5-year-old daughter and watch movies. She has been in the field for 6 years now.
