Tanja Brown

Tanja Brown, a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed School Psychologist, brings over a decade of experience supporting children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other behavioral challenges. She has founded and grown successful Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) companies that provide both in-home and center-based services across Colorado, Las Vegas, and New Mexico, earning a reputation for excellence, client growth, and satisfaction. As the parent of a 29-year-old daughter with Autism, Tanja is passionate about equipping parents to navigate behavioral needs across all stages of life, from early childhood through adulthood.

Amber Suarez

Amber Suarez, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2016, is a visionary leader in creating progressive, evidence-based clinical programs for individuals within the Autism community. Her extensive experience spans all ages, yielding transformative outcomes for clients with Autism and a range of mental health needs. Amber is deeply committed to empowering parents and caregivers through specialized training programs, developed in collaboration with her team, which utilize proprietary assessment tools and tailored guidelines. These resources equip families to confidently address the complex challenges of adolescence and adulthood. Amber's expertise also extends to workforce development, where she has cultivated an inspiring and inclusive culture at Advanced Neuro Connections, setting a benchmark for excellence in the field.

Maricel Domiquel
Clinical Director – Las Vegas Maricel is a seasoned Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 20 years of experience in the field. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of working internationally, with significant experience in the Philippines and Hong Kong, where she has helped countless individuals and families improve their quality of life through evidence-based behavior analysis techniques. With a deep belief that life is a purpose-driven mission, she is passionate about helping others grow, learn, and thrive. Whether working with individuals on the autism spectrum or guiding professionals in their practice, her approach is rooted in empathy, empowerment, and the desire to inspire positive change. Her dedication to the field and commitment to service has shaped her not only as a skilled BCBA but also as a lifelong advocate for creating opportunities for others to reach their full potential.
Shelby Brenneman
Clinical Supervisor – Las Vegas Shelby has been a BCBA for 1 year and a half and has been working with children with disabilities for 5 years. She is passionate about naturalistic teaching and advocates for generalization of skills. In her free time she enjoys acting, dancing, and yoga.
Patricia Leandelar
Clinical Supervisor - Las Vegas Patricia Leandelar has been dedicated to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2018, beginning her career as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) before earning her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in 2023. She has extensive experience working with individuals ages 3 to 30, supporting diverse needs across early intervention, school-aged, and adult populations. Patricia is passionate about promoting functional communication and teaching adaptive skills that empower clients to thrive in their daily lives. She values collaboration with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to create individualized, practical, and compassionate treatment plans. Her approach focuses on meaningful progress and fostering independence for every client she serves.
Andy Saeteurn
Clinical Supervisor- Las Vegas Andy, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2020, is dedicated to enhancing adaptive and functional skills while effectively reducing challenging behaviors. With a wealth of experience across diverse populations and settings—including schools, homes, job sites, and correctional facilities—he brings a compassionate and versatile approach to behavior change. Andy’s commitment to his clients is centered on promoting positive outcomes, driven by a deep passion for fostering meaningful growth in any environment.
Joseph Hunt
Clinical Supervisor - Las Vegas Joseph became a BCBA in 2021 and brings over 8 years of experience in the field of behavior analysis. Their expertise lies in teaching social skills, a wide range of play skills, training RBTs and staff, and creating collaborative approaches to therapy. Joseph has experience teaching individuals of all ages, from 3 to 42, and a wide range of skills, including hygiene, communication, conversational, and vocational. They are passionate about empowering their clients to be themselves while teaching them the behavioral, communicative, and social skills to lead happy and fulfilling lives. When not working with clients, Joseph spends their time outside. Formerly a wildlife ecologist, they now enjoy the outdoors by running, hiking, biking, backpacking, rock climbing, and kayaking.
