Yoga and Wellness Program
We belief that ABA services can be implementing through a variety of settings and activities. It is essential for us to instill healthy habits such yoga and self-regulation skills early in life.
In addition to traditional ABA programming we incorporate our Wellness Program as complementary therapy to ABA programming still adhering to those base principals. Yoga is growing in popularity in the U.S. as a complementary practice to ABA therapy for children with special needs and autism.
Unless otherwise requested by caregivers all of our client’s early childhood to adolescents will have wellness and fitness programs embedded in their curriculum such as yoga and or meditation practices.
This strategy may be new to some caregivers; you may find the below listed benefits of these practices helpful in understanding how this will enhance the skill acquisition through these practices.
